Owners verify their identity and photograph every item before listing. Borrowed Weekend handles the payment and keeps your contact details private until a booking is confirmed.

  • Damage protection: optional cover is £4 per booking and caps accidental repair costs at £35. It does not cover loss or deliberate misuse.
  • Deposits: a refundable hold of £40–£120, shown on each kit before checkout.
  • Plans change: cancel 48 hours before collection for a full rental refund. Later cancellations receive 50% back.
  • Support: if a kit arrives incomplete, report it before using it and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
