Checked, complete and ready to go
Owners check every kit against its inventory before collection. You check it together, photograph its condition and get a 10-minute handover.
Deposits and damage protection
A refundable deposit is held from collection until 48 hours after return. Optional protection costs £4 per rental and limits accidental damage liability to £25. Loss, theft and deliberate misuse are excluded.
Plans change. That's okay.
Cancel more than 48 hours before collection for a full refund. Within 48 hours, receive 50%. If the owner cancels, you receive a full refund including protection.

Choose dates, request a reservation and agree a public collection point with the owner.
Give it a go. Bring it back.
Enjoy your time, clean the gear using the guide and return it at the agreed time.

Before you head out
Renters must be 18 or over. Owners verify their identity and kit ownership. Outdoor kits include local safety notes, but you are responsible for checking weather and choosing activities within your ability.
