How do deposits and protection work?
A refundable deposit is held at collection and released within 48 hours of an agreed return. Optional £6 protection covers accidental damage up to £300, with a £25 excess. Loss, theft and misuse are excluded.
What if my plans change?
Cancel at least 48 hours before collection for a full rental refund. Within 48 hours, 50% is refunded. Owner cancellations receive a full refund including protection.
Where do I collect my kit?
Listings show the neighborhood and approximate distance. The exact agreed public meeting point is shared after the owner accepts your request. Never pay off-platform.
